Ginger Scooters Chester

If you're a Chester resident or are visiting the area, you might have heard of Ginger scooters. This new scheme is designed to provide electric scooters to residents. Residents over the age of 18 can hire a scooter for PS2 per twenty-minute period. An additional 50p per ten-minute pause can be purchased through the Ginger app, which you can download from Google Play or Apple's App Store. To ride a Ginger scooter, you must be over the age of eighteen and have a driving license.

In the past few weeks, Chester residents have been renting ginger scooters chester. They have travelled 11,226 miles in three and a half months, equivalent to thirteen trips from Land's End to John o' Groats. The trial is part of the government-backed scheme to promote greener methods of travel. In Chester, a trial of e-scooters is being run in partnership with e-scooter provider Ginger and Cheshire West and Chester Council.
